Named after ‘halia’, the Malay word for ginger, the restaurant is aptly tucked away in the lush foliage of the Ginger Garden at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Conveniently located in the city, The Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens is an ideal locale for business lunches, romantic dinners and weekend get-togethers. Guests can choose to dine indoors in the cozy air conditioned 32-seater dining room that looks out through tall glass windows to views of the ginger garden, and be entertained by the chefs at work in the show kitchen, or at the 70-seater al fresco deck amidst the picturesque garden setting.
