Monster Sushi is one of HK's many popular revolving belt sushi chains. I tried the one in iSquare for the first time, and was impressed by the great service and vast selection. They differ slightly from other sushi chains due to their large creative roll menu which most of the patrons had chosen. I recommend going with friends and choosing a selection of their rolls and sushi, and finishing with the clams in sake. A perfect casual dinner spot.
