On top of the world: Paris Hilton pictured at the opening of The Paris Beach Club in Paranaque City in the Philippines on Thursday, March 12

The statuesque blonde posed for hordes of photographers in front of the club on Thursday, clad in a lacy long-sleeved navy blue mini-dress.

She dressed it up with a pair of matching blue pumps and blue and green bejewelled chandelier earrings.
Paris then changed into a sparkling grey and white striped long-sleeved dress for a press conference. A pair of silver chandelier earrings with clear gems, a sleek white purse, and white pumps completed the look.
