High fashion can be seen throughout both apartments. The first one fabricates a sense of style perfect for a celebrated lifestyle. Vibrant colors were given monochrome counterparts to capture both dynamic and calm features of each space. Yellow and turquoise were matched with grey to fabricate a serene luxury scene for an urban lifestyle. Colorful tinted mirrors visually enlarge the space, while vertical design lines create an elongation of the space’s height. This is especially visible in the kitchen, where mirroring and transparent surfaces help compose a vibrant atmosphere.
The second apartment – Type B – is larger than the first and showcases details that recreate Parisian chic in Kuala Lumpur. By using feminine elements from Dior’s 2012 spring-summer collection, designers took inspiration from women’s pleats and placed a stylized version of them on the living room wall. One of the most interesting feminine features was used to create timeless feminine design. A touch of mystery employed through the use of green and magenta composes the perfect marriage between colors and shapes. And in the middle of the living room, Kenneth Cobonpue’s Bloom Chair thrones in all its glory, accentuating the femininity of the space.
