We are not in Davao, and yes only the Davaoenos and the people who have travelled and lived in the city can prove and attest who is the real Rodrigo Duterte.
And our fellow people all over the world wants to know his real identity.
Luckily, Steve Chao of 101 East (Canadian journalist of Al Jazeera English) published a one-on-one, unbiased interview with Mayor Duterte (aired last April 7) had a chance to visit his place, his home town and loving citizens, witnessing first-hand how the Mayor runs Davao, from one of the most dangerous place, and rising it to one of the safest cities in the world.
