How to Enjoy Perfect Bubble Bath without Spending Much?

One thing that I am excited most every weekend is to spend at least an hour or two in my tub, enjoying my bubble bath. Nothing makes me feel soo relaxing than this simple pleasure. I used not too expensive bubble bath soaps (except for some special occasions) and I am glad that this bubble bath soap is always available.

Why I’m in love with a bubble bath?

Ehem, who on earth will say NO to bubble bath?????!!!

Bubble baths open our pores, cleanse the skin and relax the mind and muscles. Relaxation is definitely the name of the game when it comes to bubble baths. You will always be less stressed when you get out of the bath than when you got in; that's an understatement.  Sinking into the bath at the end of the day unwinds you and lets your stresses sail away with each decadent bubble.

Bubble bath is also a natural sleep inducer, according to The Huffington Post. By increasing your body's temperature in the warm water, when you exit the bath, the sudden return to a cooler state induces your brain to release melatonin, getting you prepped for bedtime.

Do you have a cold? A warm bubble bath will help relieve your symptoms, as the steam from the water moisturizes your nasal passages and helps relax those sore achy muscles.

I first tried Watsons' Cream Bath a few months ago, when I'm spending my staycation at City Garden Grand Hotel. Most of Watsons' products are really good, imported either from Malaysia or in Thailand, plus they won' break your wallet.

These can give you a relaxing and very healthy bath experience, especially if you have skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema. Some health benefits you get with baths that you cannot do in the shower is adding infusions. There are bath teas and bath soaks that will dissolve in your bath. They are used just like bath salts, soaking in them will relieve stress and draw toxins out of your body.

Among the bath benefits here are helping you with sore muscles. The heat from a hot bubble bath will promote blood flow. Many of the baths benefit the heat from the water will help aid you to sleep after a bath. The science behind this is that a night's sleep is commonly proceeded by a minor decrease in body temperature. This decrease in temperature tells your body to go to sleep. The idea is that when you come out of a nice hot bath, your body temperature will drop to adjust to the coolness of your room, which causes you to fall asleep easier.
