How to Enjoy Pressed Good Juice for 3 Days

Hello Beautiful!

It was a very beautiful morning for me, I slept very well last night after chatting with my boyfriend whose now in Tokyo (yeah, kinda missing him a lot). He told me how much cold it is in Tokyo -- just like having outdoor air-conditioning. I was kinda worried that he might got sick again just like last year, so I keep on reminding him to take precautions and also to eat very well. Being alone and sick is very hard -- I know I might sound nagging to him, but I'm nagging for the good cause, hahaha.

Anyway, here I am again online and I'm gonna bother you with my newest review about juices

Another day and another new review, but this time I make it more challenging for myself. And yes, I did challenged myself to take juices for three (3) straight days - no coffee or other type of drinks (well, water doesn't count -- we need water!). So for this challenge, I've drink these pressed juice -- called The Good Juice. First I've got a little skeptical if I'm gonna survive without taking sodas and coffee for three (3) days. However, I am so surprised that after this little challenge, I've managed to stay away from those unhealthy drinks for the following days!

I've posted loads of photos here with different flavors of The Good Juice.

The Good Juice - THE GOLDEN BURST

DAY 1, MONDAY
So for Day 1 I've got 3 bottles of The Good Juice consisting of three different flavors: Golden Burst, Beet It, and Tropical Plunge

All juices are naturally flavored, no preservatives and additives, that's why I have to consume it and not stocked it for days.

Note that aside from drinking these healthy juices, I've also take my regular meals (I'm not here to share you how I starve myself, okay). So here's what juices I've partake for each days. Each juices consists high nutrition packages composed of different good fruits and vegetables that our body needed.

THE GOLDEN BURST
Consist of Apple, Pineapple, Orange, Lemon, Kale

Impressions - When I tasted this juice, I could imagine myself being in a beach wearing my bikini, and enjoying the bursting flavors flowing down my throat, and it was soo refreshing! The combination of these fruits, plus kale is divine!
The Good Juice - Beet It
BEET IT!
Consists of Apple Pineapple, Beet, Parsley, Malunggay, Orange, Lemon, Ginger

For those who doesn't know the benefits of beetroot (or simple beet), this has been gaining in popularity as a new super food due to recent studies claiming that beets and beetroot juice can improve athletic performance, lower blood pressure and increase blood flow. It also decreases the risk of obesity and overall mortality, diabetes, heart disease and promotes a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy, overall lower weight.

The taste? Ohh it was perfectly blended, but if you are not used to eating ginger and malunggay, probably you wouldn't enjoy this drink.

The Good Juice - Tropical Plunge

The Good Juice - Tropical Plunge
THE TROPICAL PLUNGE
Consists of Watermelon, Apple, Mango, Pineapple, Kale

This drink also shouts SUMMER, so most of you would enjoy it -- even your kiddos!

And yes, I know that sometimes I'm craving for some coffee or soda, but I resist on having it. I want to prove to myself that I can do this, and I'm planning and doing it for life (change of lifestyle) for a healthier life.

Okay another selfie for today :D

DAY 2, TUESDAY

For DAY 2, I've got these three bottled juices.

The Good Juice - Almond Milk

The Good Juice - Almond Milk
ALMOND MILK

Maybe I'm stupid but I didn't know we could get milk from almonds! This drink has a nutty-almond flavor, and more tasty when being drink cold. I'm not so much fan of drinking milk so I would say this is the least of my favorite. For those who loves almonds, this drink is for you!

The Good Juice - Lemon Detox
LEMON DETOX
Consists of alkaline water, lemon, organic maple syrup, organic chia seeds, sea salt, organic cayenne, pepper

OMG! Lemon Lovers, listen carefully! You'll gonna love this juice! Very nice to drink after our regular meal. It detoxed me well.

The Good Juice - Green N' Grin
GREEN N' GRIN

Remember when Popeye each lots of spinach in order to gain his super strength powers? Definitely. You'll gonna grin with happiness after drinking Green N' Grin, I love it and gives me extra glow :D

I love Tropical Plunge a lot so I drink another bottle for my 3rd day challenge. So refreshing, and now I'm noticing the certain glow on my face :D If these juices will continue gives me glow aura then I will be happy to subscribe to their program, hahaha
