You'll Say Saranghae to Cafe Seol Hwa bingsu

Yesterday, we couldn't helped but say "Saranghae" with bingsu, which is a popular dessert in Korean comprising of ice shavings and various ingredients, usually sweetened condensed milk, fruits, Korean rice cake, cereal flakes and ice cream.

We're like kids again being excited when we visited The Cafe Seoul Hwa at Bonifacio Global City. It is the newest Korean dessert cafe in the city (we are so glad it is just a walking distance from our building). This dessert is perfect for this awesome heat!

What makes Cafe Seol Hwa's bingsu ice dessert a standout is their use of quality ingredients: 100% Korean red beans that they boil into sweet red beans and their own recipe in creating a snowflake-like bingsu (a mix of milk and shaved ice). Their products do not have chemical additives or preservatives, nor any synthetic coloring or flavoring.  Cafe Seol Hwa claims their bingsu's texture is unique and long lasting that it does not melt easily.

Green tea bingsu (sweet red bean, nuts, berries, on top of green tea milk snow flake)

Strawberry bingsu (fresh strawberries, milk snow flakes and cheese cake)

Mango cheese bingsu (fresh mangoes and cheese cake).

Yeah, their single served bingsu is really good for sharing! These type of desserts may not feel you guilty, as they are made of healthy ingredients! Yummy!

The cafe's interior is spacious enough, and could occupy a decent number of avid customers. It is cozy and the simplicity of it gives more appeal.
This is one of the place that surely we will come back and enjoy bingsu sharing, and sight-seeing (because we noticed that it is also a place where lots of cute Korean guys hangout, hahha!)

Look how COOL it is!

Couldn't resist on having a photo-op with this cute lil guy!

Aside enjoying some healthy bingsu, you can also enjoy other Korean desserts like cakes, pastries and some sandwiches. They also have specialty coffee and beverages, too!

The Cafe Seol Hwa is located at the second floor of Forum South Global, Federacion Drive, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. They are open daily from 10am to 10pm. Like them in Facebook (/seolhwabingsu) and follow on Instagram (@seolhwabingsu).
