I’ll be sharing you another awesome place to dine with when you are in Hong Kong. This place is fantastic, offering superb and delectable foods that are very hard to resist.
Fresh Seafoods – YES! They got lobster! All were very fresh especially the shrimps.
Sushi – loved that round sushi with raw salmon and mayo, but they’re quite filling as 1 round sushi roughly equals to 2 regular sushi!
Satay - In Malaysian language it means “skewers of meat”. Here we got Lamb, Beef and Chicken (from front to back). The chunky peanut sauce is the spirit of Satay and remember to eat with the Ketupat (pieces of rice cube) and raw onion & cucumber pieces!
Penang Asam Laksa - There was a range of ingredients, condiments and noodles from, and freshly made upon order at the Laksa station! Different from Singaporean Laksa, Penang Asam Laksa is light and a bit sour as Asam (also known as tamarind in English) is used.
Oyster Station - Oyster from France freshly shucked upon order at the Oyster Station.
It’s raining of crabs! Which one do you prefer?!
Lobster, conch and mussel were fresh and not too salty.
Sushi station – all sushi were kept chilled to preserve freshness!
Sashimi station galore!
(Clockwise from right), stir fried Chicken green beans with garlic, deep fried fish cubes, and braised lambs.
(clockwise from top right) Beef Rendang, Curry Mutton, Tandoori Chicken and Stir fried Prawn with Oat.
(from right) Curry crab, roasted Lamb Rack, Curry Chicken, and Basmati Rice
Satay Station
Malaysian / Indian styled salad!
Noodle Station – Customize your Asam Laksa with different ingredients
Roast Station
Hot Chinese dishes
Cold cuts and salad counter
Must try the Bak Kut Teh (also known as Chinese Herbs Soup with Pork Ribs on the board)
Dessert counter galore!
Durian desserts and some tropical fruits like jackfruits, starfruits, longan and rambutan are available.
The highly recommended Durian Cheese Cake!
Mao Shan Wang Crust Nuts Durian Dumplings
Durian vanilla cream roll cake
Deep fried D24 Durian dumplings, another must try!
Mung Bean Durian Sago Soup
Klang Bak Kut Teh – rich but not too intense on the herbal taste, which should be widely adapted by everyone even for those who enjoy the taste of Chinese herbs. Don’t forget to add some Chinese Youtiao pieces on top.
From the hot dishes – Fried prawns with oat, lamb, stir fried Chinese beans and deep fried fish cubes which were yummy!
(from the hot dishes) – The Chicken curry with basmati rice is a must try! The Chinese Egg Noodle with crab meat & cream on the top was very rich and surprisingly match in flavour.
Double-boiled chicken soup with ginseng – Clear but rich in flavour! Offer in limited quantity in batches, be patient and wait for the next round if it’s all taken when you’re at the counter. Available at the noodle station.
Baked Alaska – available in batch on certain time slots, queue at the dessert corner early at each time slot to view the live flambé demo!
Baked Alaska!
