Last June, in the midst of my very busy schedule (.. and yeah this is an overdue post) I took off to Global City Taguig and visited Arts in the City, where they have this awesome fitness dancercise called YEBA, a very Filipino version of dancercise where they used folk dance steps and Filipino music, all-in-one to create a very sweaty and exciting move. I felt guilty not using my LivingSocial coupon, but I am still very glad that I give it a try. I forgot how much did I exactly paid for it (...but I think it's less than 200.00pesos or an estimated 5.00USD) for 90minutes of non-stop sweating and body-moving fun.
They have 4 sessions divided into groups so to accommodate the full pack of participants who are very excited to pump and rock the dance floor to get fit. Most of the attendees are the mothers and their daughters, single ladies, and surprisingly men who are more energetic to get excitingly perspire.
My session class was headed by Mr. Danny Vinculado, the YEBA Instructor, and I really enjoyed my session. See I've also got a free Berocca drink... not my type of drink but tastes nice.
Look at my mates! Aren't they look awesome? I am so glad that I've joined the class. I will definitely join again soon! (Note: this is NOT a sponsored post.)
