#IDoItTwiceAWeek: Being Clean is the New Sexy!

What do you usually do twice a week to stay clean and sexy?

Aside from shampooing my hair twice a week to maintain its natural oil and gloss, I never forget to pamper and clean my Lady V (vagina) using my newest favorite beauty-cleansing product BETADINE Feminine Wash at least twice a week. Being clean inside and out is a must for everyone, especially for us ladies.

They say that “Clean is the New Sexy” and I agree.

Just think about it. At the party, you’re wearing your sexiest dress, paired with your favorite heels and you have this perfectly done hair and make-up. But then no one wants to dance with you because you smell like a rotten creature on earth, because of your period and you’re not using a right cleanser for it. (yuck!).

Another scenario is, you and your long-time boyfriend are becoming intimate to each other. You are giving him a head, because you are expecting to receive one, but then you are always wondering why he never go down to check your peach. Maybe because your Lady V smells like rotten egg or worst, like a fish on wet market (totally eww!), and no man would dare to go down and pleasure Lady V.

Remember, men wouldn’t care how much beautiful you look on your dress, or how much gorgeous your mini Gucci handbags are made. Men are very particular with a woman’s hygiene, and real men can easily detect a woman’s hygiene few steps away.

That’s why it is an utmost importance of having a very clean and hygienic attitude towards ourselves. As a woman, we’ve been invested on buying our favorite skincare and other beauty products. Why not invest also on buying some beauty-cleansing products for your peach?!

Always remember, a woman with unhappy and unhealthy peach is the ugliest one. I guess even Audrey Hepburn would agree.

We might get caught accidentally with bad hair, or wet clothes, but never ever you should get caught having a nasty-smelly Lady V!

Especially during our red days! Our Lady V tends to be more vulnerable during these days, so it it’s a-must to take care of it. I guess no need for more elaborate explanation about our menstruation.

In addition to have a healthy and happy Lady V, here are some foods that you ladies must eat (yes, really!)

Cranberry juice – loaded with acid compounds that fight off bad bacteria, cranberry juice n help you prevent and relieve urinary tract infections. But go for a natural, no-sugar-added brand to get the benefits.
Yogurt – it has the same good bacteria your Lady V needs to maintain its healthy pH levels. Look for yogurt with live and active probiotics. (Others sources of probiotics are pickles, kimchi (yeah!), miso, kefir, sauerkraut, and kombucha tea).

Sweet potatoes – their vitamin A contributes to healthy vaginal and uterine walls and helps us produce the hormones we need to stay vibrant and energized.

Garlic – I know some of you don’t like it, but yes it’s known to be antimicrobial and they say eating it raw can help fight yeast infection. Word!

Avocados, apples, flaxseeds and water – they are all super-healthy for many reasons, that these four can help you stay naturally lubricated down there.

Almonds and pumpkin seeds – they’re high in zinc, which can normalize your menstrual cycle and regulate hormones. Zinc can also boost your immune system and your mood.

Dark chocolates – the high-flavonoid kind is a great source of antioxidants and women who eat at least a square a day report increased desire and better overall sexual function.

If you add just a few of these top your meals, your Lady V is gonna say Grazie! As she will be healthy too!

Being Clean and Sexy doesn't need to be expensive!
