We all know that home office are great but you still need to be productive and it’s no good having a space that you don’t like because you simply won’t make use of it. Take a look at these top tips for creating a home office that you will actually work in.
If you are looking for an alternative storage method that can stop your papers from cluttering up your desk, create a system that works for you with baskets, folders, or trays.
If you have smaller windows or only a small amount of natural light, use lamps to brighten the space.
Choose ones that are low maintenance so if you don’t want to step into your office on the weekend to water them, you don’t have to.

Good points on all counts. I've been working from home for 5 years now. Shelves are important. If you're working online I don't think filing is too much of a big deal since everything is digital. It's worth it to invest in prettifying your space.

These are all great tips! I agree having a chair that is comfortable is a must especially since you'll be spending several hours in it is key. Natural light makes a huge difference as well.

DeleteFor wooden tables, try to look something simple and no carvings. That way it is very easy to polish and be cleaned.

DeleteNatural light is way easier said than done! In the UK it's always foggy and rainy so I have to brighten my rooms with daylight bulbs - especially for blog photos. Loving your ideas for a home office though!
