Have you ever encountered that moment when you found sometimes in your stash and suddenly a light bulb pops out in your head?
Yeah I was in that situation last weekend, when I was digging from my archives.
I remember I’ve received this black cover-up made of soft fabric, along with some press kit samples from Palmolive Naturals, and if I remember correctly it was two years ago.
And yes my gifted cover-up is still with me were I’ve also using it as my background mat for my photos or as my cover-up per se during my trips.
And I remember I had these photos that I haven’t shared to you before, and finally here they are!
If you have similar cover-up in any color, you can follow this DIY pictorial and when you’ve mastered these tricks, you will be thankful you’ve save those cover-ups and you’ll never buy new clothes again (well, maybe for the next 4-months perhaps).
Maybe you’ve been noticing that am a huge fan of thrift-hacks on clothing and that’s because it’s the tricks I’ve been doing for many years and its works! I’ve save a lot of $$$ for that matter, and there is more things that you can spend your money.
Investing for insurance or experiential travel perhaps? Well, we will go on with those two next time.
With this tutorial, you need also to be creative and imaginative!
Grab your safety pins or and some of your vintage brooches for a more glamorous look!
So here I grabbed my black cover-up, and with no make-up on – take a look for the photos for some ideas on how you can wear your piece of fabric.
It isn’t actually a rocket science, and I know that you could easily follow my look suggestions.
Ooopss, pardon me for my bare, no make-up face because when I shoot these photos I was at home and just being playful, and yeah kind of comfortable having no make-up, LOL.
I do hope you’ll like my suggestions and if you have other scarf hacks, oh please share it here with us!
xoxo, Blair
