If you have a chance to be dressed by a fairy godmother, who will you choose?
Me, I will choose Michael Cinco as my fairy godmother.
And I dubbed him as the Karl Lagerfeld of Asia.
A Dubai-based, Filipino fashion designer Michael Cinco has mesmerized the crowd during the recent Dubai fashion society with his glorious Autumn / Winter 2017 Collection, The Impalpable Dream of Versailles at the opening day of Fashion Forward Season 9 at Dubai Design District last March 2017.
The collection featuring the baroque designs that drew inspiration from the French palace’s Hall of Mirrors, King’s Grand Apartments, Museum of the History of France, explore the Chateau de Versailles in Cinco’s latest collection.
“My inspiration is all about the beautiful palace of VERSAILLES in France. I was inspired by the enchanting paintings on the ceiling, the intricate gilded walls, and the furniture in every room”
“I used a lot of embroidered tulle and lace. A lot of boiserie-inspired embroideries are all made by hand. The intricate detailing on bodice and sleeves are all inspired from the opulent and lavish lifestyle of King Louis XIV" - designer Michael Cinco

Recently in Michael Cinco’s dresses becomes a talk-of-the-town as Bollywood actress and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, goes full-out Cinderella-esque at the Cannes Film Festival during the premiere of ‘Okja’.
This huge ball gown made her look like a real, beautiful princess. Her stylist, Aastha Sharma, did a great job in making her look like a beauty diva in this pastel blue off-shoulder ball gown. She accessorized it with some jewelry by Boucheron and finished the look with Ferragamo’s shoes. She caught everyone’s attention on the red carpet and walked like a princess with dark-hued lips and center-parted poker-straight hair. Her dewy makeup perfectly complimented her look and I must say that all the Disney princesses must have felt jealous of our real princess.
