Style Bangkok 2024 wrapped up this weekend, showcasing international design, lifestyle, and fashion in the city and spotlighting Thailand's vibrant craftsmanship.
The event, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion at the Ministry of Commerce in partnership with the Board of Trade of Thailand, served as a platform for well-known Thai brands, local designers, SMEs, and artisans.
The fair featured a wide array of lifestyle products, including home textiles, apparel, costumes, and accessories for various events, as well as textiles, silk, and leather goods like shoes, bags, and leatherwear, complemented by boutique items. The event boasted over 1,000 booths from upwards of 400 companies, spanning numerous categories.
The theme of Style Bangkok 2024, 'CHICNATURE,' blends elegance with natural elements. This theme highlights the event's commitment to unique and fashionable displays, while 'Nature' signifies a promise to tackle global megatrends with a strong focus on sustainability.
The exhibition takes it further by featuring products that adhere to ESG (environmental, social, and governance) standards, a key global concern. A wide array of items, from Muay Thai apparel by Buakaw Gallery to recycled plastic fashion jewelry by Ethnicaba, showcases a commitment to both cultural representation and sustainability.
Under the umbrella of Style Solution+, the event includes Design Solution+, Product Solution+, Project Solution+, and Material Solution+. These components are tailored to accommodate evolving consumer preferences and align with the latest industry trends, offering a holistic experience for aficionados of lifestyle and fashion.
Style Bangkok showcased the Qurated Co-Design Project Fashion Show, highlighting independent designers' creativity through sustainable fashion design.
