Quality Me-Time at Wangfu, Serendra

Wangfu at Serendra, Bonifacio Global City

One of the perks of living in the city is having an opportunity to dine on some interesting restaurants.
I don't know you, but spending your me-time once in a while in a nice cozy place, sipping your favorite cup of coffee or tea, and enjoying a good book - no phones allowed.

A perfect time to explore your minds to the other worlds you like, without the techie gadgets bothering you and wondering if someone checked on your social media accounts, or if your boss sent you follow-up emails.
I get it, life is indeed crazy busy and tough - but that makes life more interesting, don't you think?
(PS. Have you read the Shopaholic series???)

That's why having a me-time is important.

In my case, I take my me-time recently at the family-friendly restaurant in Serendra.

Wangfu is known for serving Chinese-Singaporean type of foods, which most of us Filipinos love.
Take a look of their menu with prices below:

They served rice-meals and you gotta try their dim sums, ohh my favorites are the Bird's Eye Dumplings and Kutchay Dumpling, pairing it with hot oohlong tea..

Ohh it's perfect!

During weekends, I hangout at this place around 11AM until 1PM - surprisingly it is not crowded during those hours. I could enjoy reading a book, and watching people passing-by.

The correct way of eating a rice meal - don't hesitate to lift your bowl of rice near your mouth. This will also prevent from falling your rice / food to your clothes and table. Iwas mess!

It might be boring for most, but for me I love it. It helps me to refresh my mind, and think clearly without those cloudy thoughts on my heads especially during the busy weekdays.

If you happen to visit Bonifacio Global City, I recommend you the Wangfu. You can sit back and dine with your family and friends, and even your pets!
They served good leafy foods, good for those who are vegetarians, and for those who likes to switch on healthy lifestyle.

xoxo, Blair

    1. Yeah because Chinese foods are sometimes hard to describe. Good thing about this is you just have to pinpoint where one you like, and that solves your problem :)

    1. yeah that's the reality - most of healthy foods are being sold for a higher price (I don't know why!) Glad that at Wangfu I could choose foods that I know are healthy... I choose more vegetables though

  9. I wish I had time for me-time, but things are so hectic right now, I hardly get a break. This place seems like a nice getaway. When I do get a little break, the library and Starbucks do it for me.

    1. Library is also one of the best place - especially if it is well-maintained and have interesting interior. Starbucks is not for me. Here in Manila Starbucks are being lurk by more noise and chatty customers.

Yeah and even though am always on my phone due to my social media works, it is still nice to sit down and read good book and eat of course. More reason why I don't like to hangout with crowded places.
