The Most Romantic Valentine’s Dinner Is Also The Most Expensive For $100,000

Though Michelin-starred chef Adam Simmonds is best known for his sophisticated and beautifully-crafted cooking, today we are speaking of him for adding ultimate romantic flavors to the best dining experience. Wrap up a romantic Valentine’s Day with the most romantic Valentine’s dinner ever presented by culinary website GreatBritishChefs along with VeryFirstTo.

Up for almost a hundred thousand dollars (about $99,500), this aphrodisiac filled gourmet treat will be cooked up at the home of the person who buys this extravagant dinner. Great British chef Simmonds has created this eight-course meal by sourcing expensive and hard-to-find ingredients.

The menu includes exquisite dishes such as Native Oysters, with Almus White Caviar, Confit Foie Gras and Smoked Eel, Rissotto with Carabineros Prawns, Saffron and Gold Leaf, Wagyu Beef, Fermented Celeriac, Hops and Silver Leaf. To satiate the craving for the ultimate spread, the meal rounds up with Vanilla and Smoked Chocolate with Kopi Luwak (read world’s most expensive coffee) Ice Cream.

No celebratory meal is complete without raising a toast with the most exceptional wine. Digging out the rarest and most beautiful wines and Champagne suitable to memorialize romance, Corney & Barrow has selected a $50,000 wine list that includes 1990 La Romanee-Conti and Domain de la Romanee-Conti ($27,700). A very special 1959 Salon Blanc de Blancs will be served with the oysters, complete with South Sea pearls.

The most romantic Valentine’s dinner which also turns out to be one of the most expensive meal is also complemented with rose petals, scented candles, a dozen doves, harpist and a poet along with mouth-watering and stomach-filling meals and drinks.

Don’t say that we didn’t warn about the last day (February 11th 2014) to book this high-on-love dinner. With all that sinful gastronomy indulgence comes a bit of noble act too. With the purchase of this most romantic dinner, a donation of $1,600 will be made to The Prince’s Trust.
