Few months ago, I’ve visited BLOOM - the restaurant located at the 4th Floor IM Hotel for a business meeting. It was my first time in the hotel, and also dining at BLOOM and I admit they have quite impressive dining area.
By the way, I visited this restaurant prior to my staycation at the hotel. You may also read my full review of IM Hotel here.
Back to the restaurant, I was relief that I have my Huawei P9 with me and I’ve captured these photos during our meeting.
BLOOM Restaurant is very spacious and have impressive dining table chairs, tables and the whole setting. I’ve noticed that offer both local and foreign food for their valued guests and customers.
When you booked your accommodation at IM Hotel, your accommodation is entitled for a free buffet breakfast. They also serve lunch dinner and snacks.
Let’s see what they have!
When you booked your accommodation at IM Hotel, your accommodation is entitled for a free buffet breakfast. They also serve lunch dinner and snacks.
Let’s see what they have!
They have this marbled kitchen counter that gives an exciting appeal to the foods waiting to be devoured.
They also have various meat cuisine.
IM Hotel Pizza Station with this Tuna Pritata and Rice Cakes
IM Hotel Grilling Station
And of course sushi and the all-time California maki rolls. I don’t expect that they serve authentic Japanese foods here.
They have cakes slices and scones, perfect pair your favorite tea.
And breads of various kind.
When you have a long meeting and with people who loves to eat, it is disrespectful to say no for the food. So I decided to devoured myself and we ordered whatever we wishes, such as:
Ham and Cheese Croissant, which were serves as fresh from the oven still warm together with our brewed coffee. The bread is quite bigger and if I’m not observing my diet this croissant is good enough for me.
Arroz Caldo with Tokwa, and Sweet and Sour Fish with bell pepper and pineapple.
These two are quite typical cuisine in Filipino restaurants. I find the Arroz Caldo so tasty, as well as their fish sweet & sour, although I prefer mine to have more pineapples and bell peppers on it.
Roasted Chicken with parsley and coriander – I like that this chicken are cooked well, even the inside. They are also tasty and I enjoyed this chicken a lot.
Chicken Teriyaki, and Chicken Cacciatore – I like the amazing taste of this teriyari, however I find this cacciatore to be not so impressive.
It is not planned that we mostly ordered chicken cuisine, hahaha maybe we all thinking that we should not be too crazy with meat.
Fish in pesto cream sauce – I like this one. At least we ordered something different.
Tuna and Cheese Quiche, and Tomato Cream Soup
And various desserts and fruits that we enjoyed. Ohh I was so full and feeling sleepy after!
More cakes please!
Overall I enjoyed dining at BLOOM Restaurant, the experience was good and I like their foods, although I admit that they have limited cuisine that time. Hope they could serve other interesting cuisines soon!
