If you are in search for another authentic Korean restaurant, you might want to visit the Korean Palace Restaurant located at Adriatico Street, Malate, Manila.
After our afternoon stroll in along Roxas Boulevard, me and my friend found ourselves starving and ended up dining here at this humble restaurant. It was my first time here, but he’s been dining here for couple of times.
Well I guess we weren’t too adventurous for food that time.
I wasn’t feeling hungry that night, however we just ordered whatever we fancied.
He likes this Galbijjim (braised beef ribs, Php490) because he told me it’s a little sweet and well-cooked. I am not in the mood to eat meat, so I opted for the Kimchi jjigae (hot steamed stew kimchi, Php350) and enjoyed those many side dishes included.
This is what I like about Korean foods, lots and lots of side dishes!
We spend almost two hours enjoying the food while chatting a lot, and observing people. After our meal we decided to ordered Pajeon (spring onion pancakes, Php280).
The whole restaurant is totally laidback, so relax you just enjoy eating and if you like having some alcohol drinks, they also have it.
Here are their menu for your reference:
Overall we have nothing to complain about the foods, the place and the services.
Our experience of dining was very relaxing and let ourselves enjoy the foods until we felt so sleepy because of its deliciousness.
But of course, sleeping with a full stomach is not good, hahaha.
Take note of this restaurant for authentic Korean foods.
Plus, their servings are huge!!!
