Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31

Who among you loves a perfect relaxation?

Nothing makes more rewarding that going to a quiet and relaxing place, free your thoughts and release those stress that we have acquired for the whole week, and just lay down and have a good breathing.

Going to the spa is one of my favorite past time, even during my trips. During our recent trip to Bangkok, mon amour surprises me with a morning relaxation at Oasis Spa located at Sukhumvit 31.

Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31

Oasis Spa Thailand is one of the known luxurious spa in Bangkok. The place doesn’t need more further why they are luxurious because if you only step inside their compound then you will understand. Anyway, I took a liberty of capturing some video clips below so you would have an idea when you visit this place.

The morning is so beautiful and we both wakeup early and had our breakfast. At around 8:30AM we took a cab and when to Sukhumvit 31 where the spa is located. The place is truly beautiful and serene, and you will be amazed that this place exist right at the heart of busy Bangkok.

Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31

The moment we stepped out of our cab, I could clearly hear the birds chirping loudly as if they are very happy to see us making sure we have the warmest welcome. At the porch area, a Thai spa therapist warmly welcomed us.

If you are going to a Thai spa, leaving your footwear outside a common practice. Do not worry of losing them because they have individual basket just like here at Oasis Spa. It is also a gesture of respect to as a guest.

A welcome drink of warm or cold tea, and a warm wet hand towel seems a welcome necessity.

This Oasis Spa branch is called “The Garden of Heaven” with all these ancient trees surrounding the whole compound. The pathway leads you to a colonial-style building housing your private villa treatment room complete with waterfalls and gracious professional services.

The spa also sells their in-house bath and body products called KIN Secret Charms. Ohh dear, I tried some of them because they also offer free testing, and some products are also used on us during the therapy. It is also pity that they don’t have a smaller bottle so I could take them home. I love their KIN Secret Charm body wash with gold glitters it’s so luxurious, made my skin so smooth like a baby and gave me that shiny highlights after. It was amazing that even my boyfriend loves it.

Inside our private villa

Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31

Our private villa is very spacious. We have a space for our belongings and gave as this storage box with lock and key for our valuable things. Our therapists gave us separate towels for our shower, and disposable underwear. We need to take a shower, make sure we are thoroughly clean before we start the therapy.

This separate shower area is very nice that couples could share. Don’t worry because it is perfectly safe and you can do the full-monty. There’s some hair products and body wash that you can use for your own satisfaction.

At the back of this area is our private comfort room!

Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31

And here’s the inside of our private villa that has two massage beds for couples. Towels are all laid down properly and artistically adorned with purple orchid flowers, and you can hear this relaxing music surrounding the villa while hearing the birds singing and the smooth sounds of the trees swinging through the morning breeze.

It was very relaxing feeling.

We had a 2-hour Lanna Secrets Spa Package, which is a traditional Thai massage with Thai herbal hot compress that helps to dissolves soreness and further releases energy. Moreover, it includes an aromatherapy hot oil massage that brings the next level of relaxation and relief through the combination of essential oils and massage therapy. It is all worth it for only 2,700++ baht

And guess what?

The therapy was so good that I couldn’t help having tears of happiness. Ohh dear that was a bliss!
I would pay more money if there’s a spa in Manila that could give me that kind of relief.

Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31
After our two-hour therapy, we were treated with this little fruit watermelon snacks and ginger tea. Ohh they definitely know how to treat their clients right and with pleasure.

Review: Oasis Spa Thailand at Sukhumvit 31
My boyfriend is also enjoying his treatment, and we are planning to visit again!

Verdict:

We had an amazing experience at Oasis Spa Sukhumvit 31. Though their price at not cheap at all, what you pay for is definitely worth it. They will treat you well and with pleasure and they will make sure that you will leave their compound happy and relaxed.

Definitely recommend!

I recommend that you book your appointment ahead of your trip.

  1. We spent a few nights in Sukhumvit district of Bangkok on our trip last year, but didn't discover this lovely Oasis Spa, much to my current regret! The green gardens really look lush and relaxing, and the public spaces are nice too. The private villa looks amazing, I love that you have your own space like this, as often the less expensive spas are very tight on space.

    1. That's true, there are many cheaper Thai spas around but it is very limited in spaces and most of the time less privacy. I am glad that my boyfriend found this and booked in-advance.
