For the vegans and for those who are simply in love with organic taste, Italianni's introduces new salads, Primavera Salad, Pancetta Salad, and Truffle Chicken Salad to name a few - a serving of 100% organic romaine lettuce and select herbs fresh from the Costales Nature Farms. Salad will never be boring again with at least 8 different varieties to choose from. Flat breads and pizzas are also taking packing in new flavors as the Truffle Mushroom pizza made of applewood bacon, prosciutto, mushroom and mozzarella as well as chorizo with sausage, applewood baco, mozzarella, and chili in marinara sauce joins the menu.
