  8. Ohhh that place, Six senses in Con Dao looks amazing! I have already been to Vietnam but perhaps it is time to go back!? Just by looking at that place makes me want to book the best room right away! Another temptation is the Pangkor Laut island in Malaysia...just wow!

    So much choice and some of the destinations I have never heard of. I think my favourite would be the Six Senses in Vietnam - actually it looks so beautiful we may even pay a visit when we travel to Vietnam this year. A private villa with a pool sounds perfect for a break.

  11. I'm always interested in reading about the countries Southeast Asia. Thailand and the Philippines are two countries my husband and I have been planning to visit for a while, but didn't get to it yet. I had no idea that Taiwan was so beautiful though, so I should add it to our list too. Any of these secret hideaways would make a great place to visit, so I'm glad to have read about them.

  34. Without a doubt there are some stunning destinations in south east Asia and one of my most favourite holiday destinations. Thailand has quite a few of them including some you have mentioned in your list. I woukd love to visit Dedon Island - Siargao Island, The Philippines which I have not ventured out into. The hotel looks amazing and also the sea is so inviting. Will definitely look into this on my next plan to this part of the world. Amar Singh

  36. Brilliant list. I live and have traveled across Asia quite a bit, and always love to find new properties. I'm at an age where comfort and a bit of luxury is more important to me, so these are wonderful options. Con Dao with the private pool for each villa is my favorite from the lot.
