Did you miss me? No need to answer that!
Hope you are doing great wherever you are and enjoying anything on your plate recently.
I felt slack to blog in the past week, coz I’ve got so many things on my mind and so many things to do after we moved to our new place a few months back. Subconsciously, I reckon I am still quite stressed out during our move, and although almost everything is now back in order around the house, there’s a part of me feeling unsettled.
Don’t get me wrong. I love this new place we have now, located in a quiet semi-posh and quiet community, and a much bigger space at the back where we can all hang out with our cats. I spent the whole autumn weeding and gardening since the place had not been tendered by the previous renters.
Slowly, getting there as I often say.
We’ve been to New Zealand, twice this year! And I am thinking of going back this coming school holiday. Time flies so fast, indeed.
I’ve shared visiting to Bluff, New Zealand in my previous post and that’s only a small fraction of the NZ travel blog I have. I promise I’ll share more NZ travel stories before our 3rd NZ trip!
Winter is finally here, and I learned to love it! That means more crafting and upcycling ideas on hand, and it will be fun. For sure!
Outfit story – well would you believe that most of these are secondhand?
Here’s the lowdown – my beige knitted top is made by a local Australian brand which I bought for $5.00 from one of my op shop trips 2 years ago; I paired it with this brown dress (now looks like a maxi skirt!) an item that I bought in a small shop in Harajuku, Japan back in 2019.
My oversized sunnies ($2.00), leather boots ($5.00) and handbag ($4.00) are also bought from the local op shop. I was more excited about this handbag because it is a replica of the early 2000 Fendi patent leather handbag which I don’t mind getting because it is still such a good bag. I don’t mind having replicas, occasionally that is if I am lucky enough to meet a good one.
Thank you for spending a few minutes of your time checking my blog!
I promise I’ll be more diligent in updates, soon!
